ABOUT ME

I’m Chris Milner, a creative full time wedding photographer based in York, North Yorkshire. I shoot weddings all across Yorkshire and the north of England, but I’m more than happy to travel wherever you need me!

I’ve been shooting weddings since 2010, and I can honestly say I’ve got one of the best jobs in the world being a wedding photographer! I absolutely love what I do, meeting new people and getting to share their wedding day with them each week is not only incredibly uplifting, but also a lot of fun too! I got into photography as a natural progression of my love of art and design, after graduating from Leeds College of Art I became more and more obsessed with taking photos of everything around me, and photographing weddings was such a perfect fit for me as it combines so many different genres of photography all into one big day.

No two wedding days are the same, and I try to tailor my style to each couple. If you’re looking for full documentary style, that’s no problem, you’ll barely know I’m there on the day, and I’ll be capturing all the fun, laughter and tears without you realising. On the other hand, if you’re fans of dramatic photos to print out big above your fireplace, then I’m also more than happy to give some direction throughout the day when required to get some epic looking shots too.
